Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer is about Bella, a girl who moves from sunny Phoenix to the rain capital of the world, Forks, Washington, to live with her dad because her mom is on the road with her baseball playing new husband. While in Forks, despite thinking she will hate living there, Bella meets Edward Cullen and immediately realizes there is something "different" about him. Eventually, she discovers that he and his entire family are actually vampires who dine on animals, rather than people. Bella and Edward fall in love. Edward works hard at keeping Bella safe (mostly from her own clumsy ways) and enters the fight of his life when James, a tracker vampire, sets his sights on her. James lures Bella away from the safety of Edward's family. It is up to the Cullens to find her and save her from whatever terrible fate James has in store for her.

Ok, so I've read this one before. It is definitely one of my favorite books of all time. When I read it again this time it was like I had gotten a surprise email from a long-lost friend and was reconnecting with someone I really missed. I know that sounds dorky... I love the fact that the heroine, Bella, is a normal, plain-looking, clumsy girl and NOT a supermodel. The relationship that develops between Bella and Edward is so innocent and sweet, despite the fact that Edward is a "monster". It's just a great book all around. AND, the movie comes out on DVD on Tuesday, March 21st! Yeah!

I loved this book too! It came across in a "realistic" fantasy kind of way. Stephenie Meyer made it seem like it was possible and probably to have mystical creatures living among us!
I loved the way she didn't make it an obvious mushy romance, but a suttle cute teenage love baffair.

I also loved this book!! I really enjoyed how Stephanie Meyer made the vampires seem real! Before I read any of the Twilight Saga books, I thought that a vampire romance story would just be like Dracula finally finding his true love, but I was defiantly wrong!! I give this book 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! The only down part I have on this book is that the beginning is really slow and I thought kind of boring. Once you get in to the book, you get "hooked"!! I also love the movie!! GO EDWARD!

I loved this book, but it was a little longer then I thought it would be. I think that the drama and suspense was my favorite part of reading it. I don't read books like Twilight and now I do, because I have even read New Moon.I think that the movie is much more boring. In my eyes there was not all the key part in it that the book had in the movie.I still love the movie, but it is just not the book.I have all the books at my house and I really want to read book three. I think it is better to read a book before the movie, but the movie can get you mad, because they don't use everything the book had. If I read the book after then I already know some of the surprises .In Twilight there was all the little juicy details and the movie didn't play any of them. I think I will start reading the third book ,because the second movie is coming out so that mean that book three movie is not that far behind. (ps) I on team Jacob!!!

The Twilight Series is my favorite series! My favorite out of all of them is Breaking Dawn. I like how the story is through Jacob's point of view (for the most part). For Twilight, the book was better than the movie, and for New Moon the movie was better than the book. Eclipse was also really good because there is a lot of suspense. Will the Volturi get to Bella? Will they stop Victoria? Of course I will not give away the answer, but these are answered in the book. If you have not read these books, I DEFINITELY recommend them! :)
